출사 차량 탑승객 책임 면제 및 면책 동의서 Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims Agreement 본 동의서는 [포커스 사진 클럽 / Focus Photo Club] 에서 주관하는 출사 활동과 관련하여, 타 회원의 차량을 이용함에 있어 발생할 수 있는 사고 및 손해에 대한 책임 관계를 명확히 하기 위함입니다. This agreement is intended to clarify the liability regarding any accidents or damages that may occur while using another member's vehicle during the outings organized by [Group Name]. 1. 위험의 승낙 (Assumption of Risks) 본인은 동호회 활동을 위한 이동 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 교통사고 등의 위험을 인지하고 있으며, 자발적으로 타 회원의 차량에 탑승함에 동의합니다. I acknowledge the risks associated with transportation for group activities, including potential traffic accidents, and voluntarily agree to ride in another member's vehicle. 2. 책임 면제 및 면책 (Release of Liability) 본인은 운전자의 과실이나 부주의로 인해 사고가 발생하여 신체적 부상, 재산상의 손실 또는 기타 손해가 발생하더라도, 해당 차량의 운전자 및 동호회 측에 법적인 책임을 묻지 않을 것을 동의합니다. 본인은 차량 보험의 범위 내에서 처리되는 보상 외에 운전자 개인에게 추가적인 배상을 요구하지 않습니다. I agree to waive and release the driver and the group from any and all legal liability for physical injury, property loss, or other damages arising from an accident, even if caused by the driver's error or negligence. I will not seek additional compensation from the driver personally beyond the coverage provided by the vehicle's insurance policy. 3. 효력 (Binding Effect) 이 동의서는 본인뿐만 아니라 본인의 상속인, 유언집행인 및 대리인에게도 동일한 효력이 있습니다.
